Listoza ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect: name, email address, shipping address, phone number and order details you provide at checkout or when creating an account. Payment data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways and is never stored on our servers.

How we use it: to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, and send transactional emails only — order confirmations, payment receipts, shipping and delivery updates, and account/security notifications such as password resets. We do not send marketing newsletters or promotional bulk email, and we never sell your data to third parties.

Data sharing: we share the minimum necessary information with shipping couriers and payment processors solely to fulfil your order.

Your rights: you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admin@listoza.my.id.

By accessing Listoza or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders: all orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are shown in the applicable currency and may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the price paid.

Accounts: you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Acceptable use: you agree not to misuse the platform, attempt fraudulent transactions, or infringe our or others' intellectual property.

Liability: our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Manufacturer warranties apply to all hardware as described in our Warranty Policy.

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and complete packaging. To start a return, email admin@listoza.my.id with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Software, digital licences and consumable items may not be eligible for return once activated.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Standard nationwide delivery arrives in 2–5 business days via tracked couriers; express options are available at checkout.

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships, so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or for remote locations.

Every product sold by Listoza is 100% authentic and covered by the full official manufacturer warranty — typically 12 to 24 months depending on the brand and model.

Should you experience a hardware fault within the warranty period, contact us at admin@listoza.my.id and our team will help you arrange a manufacturer service or replacement. Physical or liquid damage may not be covered by manufacturer terms.
